Hello, Welcome to My Seafood Recipe Site.

I’m in the process of putting some delicious, colourful, nutritious and most importantly easy recipes together in a format of step by step instructions and photographs. I will also have some recipes on a video link and to be honest they won’t all be seafood recipes.

Lobster tails with Garlic butter

Lobster Tails
Butter, garlic, parsley
Split the shell lengthways with a sharp knife tip down.
Open the shell to expose the lobster flesh
Grill the shell side 1st to get the colour
After a few minutes turn over and spread the garlic butter all over.
Serve with anything you like! I’ve chosen a simple salad and jacket potato with coleslaw.
